- Overnight visits to Halifax are projected to increase 2.4 per cent and tourism spending 4.8 per cent this year, while going forward, tourism activity will get a boost from large-scale projects such as the Nova Centre.
- International arrivals are again poised to post solid gains for Montréal this year, with overnight visits from the U.S. projected to increase 4 per cent and visits from overseas 4.3 per cent.
