Allen HornungAn early enthusiast of data-informed workforce optimization and practical decision science, Allen drives business outcomes in areas such as employee engagement, productivity, workforce optimization and organizational performance at Enbridge. As the Director of Workforce Intelligence, Digital and Experience he oversees HR’s capabilities in people data and analytics, employee experience & listening, digital knowledge, automation and continuous improvement.

Prior to his current role, Allen spent time in the strategy, rewards, compensation and benefits spaces, including starting his career as a pension & financial risk consultant for a global consulting firm. He has a masters degree in data science (Northwestern University) and bachelors degrees in finance and actuarial science (University of Calgary).
