Anita has corporate and non-profit experience and focuses on leveraging existing partnerships and building new opportunities. She is a relationship builder with a strong track record of leading innovative initiatives in the areas of corporate social responsibility, diversity, learning and development, employee engagement and corporate community giving.

Currently, she manages a team of 13 who oversee sponsor and donor relations with a focus on creative corporate partnerships particularly to enhance existing projects and diversify funding.

As part of the ACCES leadership team, Anita works on cross-functional collaboration to build strategies and innovative opportunities. She works closely with key stakeholders including major funders and the ACCES Board Directors to lead and execute strategic vision.
