Donnebra McClendon is an innovative thought leader and strategic business partner who has dedicated more than 17 years at Dayforce to cultivating consciously unbiased and intentionally inclusive leaders. Donnebra is currently a doctoral student in Strategic Leadership at Carolina University. She also established a non-profit organization, Leaders are Readers, supporting literacy in the Tampa Bay area.
