Fiona Bertram is the Inclusion and Diversity lead at Accenture in Canada, bringing with her a wealth of experience accumulated over a 16-year career at Accenture. Throughout her tenure, Fiona has held roles spanning various countries and domains within both consulting and human resources.  In her current capacity, Fiona is dedicated to shaping a workplace that reflects the diversity of the world and fostering a culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is celebrated for embracing their authentic selves.

As part of her role, Fiona actively champions initiatives that go beyond policies, seeking to ingrain the principles of inclusion and belonging into the DNA of Accenture. Collaborating closely with the Canadian leadership team, she also works alongside a robust network of inclusion and diversity champions throughout the organization. Together, they aim to drive meaningful change, cultivating an environment where all individual’s perspectives and experiences are valued.

Outside of work, Fiona is passionate about family, travel, learning new skills and mentoring future leaders.
