Haavard has approximately 16 years of experience working in software and consulting industries, always close to the core domain of oil and gas. While he has an educational background in software engineering, he has spent his entire career working with integrated oil and gas supermajor and integrated gas and LNG companies to enable them to perform better by either deploying cutting edge technologies or innovating and reimagining their operating models. Haavard has worked on all continents, designing and deploying production and commercial management solution, describing and accounting for oil and gas and processing industry, over the second half he has served in executive leadership in the consulting industry and he is currently responsible for the growth strategy and execution for Digital Energy at Kongsberg Digital, which includes Kongsberg’s digital twin solution and its production simulation solutions.
