Over the past 18 years, Jillian has practiced labour and employment law in Vancouver for national and global law firms, and joined KPMG as a partner in 2022. She specializes in labour and employment law, including labour relations, health and safety, human rights, performance management and privacy. She has extensive experience in conducting workplace investigations relating to employee misconduct, health and safety, human rights, discrimination and harassment, both in unionized and non-unionized environments, in a variety of sectors. In providing practical advice and services to clients, Jillian draws on her previous operational leadership experience as the CHRO of a global law firm, where she was responsible for leading the human resource function, delivering best practices in employee and stakeholder engagement, and promoting safety, equity and inclusion at the workplace.
