Julie-Ann Vincent is Director of Programs at the Immigrant Services Association
of Nova Scotia (ISANS), focusing on Business, Employment, Language, and Online
Strategy. In her role, she is currently focused on the digital transformation of
service delivery, on using research and evaluation to inform service
enhancements, and on addressing labour-market needs through innovative
programming. Julie-Ann also works to help facilitate relationships between
various stakeholders, identifying the needs of diverse groups of people and
initiating change to address those needs.
