Lisa Beckwick is the Director of Organizational & People Development at St.
Joseph’s Care Group, a multi-site health care organization offering a broad
range of programs and services in Addictions & Mental Health, Rehabilitative
Care, and Seniors’ Health. She is a graduate of the Royal Roads’ Master of Arts
in Leadership program, is a Certified Human Resources Leader, and a Certified
Health Executive. Lisa has received several awards, including Leadership Thunder
Bay’s Community Engagement Award and Thunder Bay’s Citizen of Exceptional
Achievement, acknowledging her contributions to community.

Recognizing the importance of immigration to health care in her home community of
Thunder Bay, Lisa works collaboratively with local organizations, economic
development, and educational institutions to foster the growth and
sustainability of health human resources.
