Mehdi Saadaoui is a passionate HR practitioner, who started his careers in the private sector and was for 7 years the Corporate Director of Operations at the Group Nordik Spas responsible for the management of 3 spas in 3 different provinces, he then in 2020 took a new challenge as a public servant with ESDC to help support the Benefit Delivery Modernization (BDM) teams responsible for modernizing the benefit delivery for Canadians like Employment insurance (EI), Old Age Security (OAS) and Canadian Pension Plan (CPP) by managing their resources and help finding new innovative ways to recruit for this massive 10 years project requirement. Mehdi hold 2 bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism as well. He is a loving husband and proud father of a 7 years old son.
