As Senior Specialist, HR Digital Platform Strategy, Stacy brings her passion and 20+ years of expertise in HR Information Systems, Workforce Analytics, People Operations and Digital Enablement to bear on problems of digital systems excellence. Since 2020 she’s been focused on leading the design, development, and implementation of Enbridge’s HR Virtual Assistant and Live Agent Transfer projects. She enjoys mentoring colleagues on digital skills and finding simple yet elegant solutions to complex problems. Prior to Enbridge, Stacy worked as an IT consultant for other oil and gas companies as well as government, starting her career as a systems analyst for a global consulting firm. She holds a Diploma in Computer Information Systems (SIAST) and is a lifelong learner, taking courses and certifications that benefit her current roles. Most recently she became certified in Advanced Conversational AI / Natural Language Processing.
