Steve Reynolds is Executive Director at Regional Connections Immigrant Services, where he has worked in the settlement sector since 2007. He also serves on the board of the Manitoba Association of Newcomer Serving Organizations (MANSO), on the partnership councils of the Pembina Valley Local Immigration Partnership and the Dauphin and Area Welcoming Communities Coalition, and on the Manitoba Immigrant Employer Council. At Regional Connections, Steve supports the work of over 100 dedicated staff working out of 4 office locations in rural Manitoba – Winkler, Morden, Altona, and Dauphin – as they deliver a variety of direct service and indirect capacity building projects. Together, Regional Connections has worked at “Building Community Together” by welcoming thousands of newcomers to rural Manitoba through settlement, resettlement, employment, language, and community connections services with an emphasis on community partnerships.
