Tommy Desfossés is the Director of Business Development and Government Relations at PAL Airlines and has assumed different roles since he joined in 2019 as the Director of Corporate Operations, helping the company navigate government procurement and policy, as well as expand operations in provincial markets. Counting on a decade of government experience in the Prime Minister’s Office and in the House of Commons, he brings a government insider’s knowledge and perspective to policy making and stakeholder management. 

Tommy has also helped the company become a greater contributor to many government programs, including the Industrial and Technological benefits, various ESG programs and Immigration programs that assist refugees and newcomers to settle in and integrate the workforce, making them great contributors to our society. He believes that it is the private sector’s duty to work towards common goals that will lead to a stronger and more diverse economy.
