Previously, she was chosen to lead the first Introduction to Business program at the University of Winnipeg, and also taught many post-secondary courses in academic writing, business, education and political science, while serving as an Adjunct Professor in the department of Political Science at the University of Winnipeg. Ardith is currently serving on several national committees.
