About
Elena Bowes is the Executive Lead for Finance, IT, and HR at Signal49 Research. She oversees key strategic initiatives in these areas, such as enterprise technology transformation projects and leadership development. Elena has diverse and deep business experience spanning consulting, audit and reporting, contracts and securities law, IT solutions development, mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementations, and governance and change leadership. She has developed financial strategy, managed technology integration, and built high-performance teams that deliver measurable results.
Prior to joining the organization, Elena held senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Scarlet Security and Risk Group Ltd., Interim Vice President of Finance at CPA Ontario, and Principal/Founder of OTB Advisory, where she led major change projects for clients across multiple industries. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Advisor at Deloitte LLP and Partner in Assurance at EY, managing audits for large public companies and spearheading complex financial transformations.
