Wednesday, February 25 (1:00-3:30 P.M. ET) and Thursday, February 26 (1:00-4:00 P.M. ET)2026 • Virtual
The CIWE & CWHW Winter Meeting brings our two Councils together for a powerful two-day exchange focused on one central question: How do we support people through the ages and stages of their working lives? Across two afternoons, we will explore the evolving realities employees face; multigenerational expectations, cognitive health, caregiving pressures, financial strain, side-job conflicts, and burnout risk. Through keynotes, panels, breakout discussions, and member showcases, we will examine the full spectrum of human experience at work and what EDI and Wellness leaders can do to respond with clarity, compassion, and strategy. This meeting is designed as a collaborative learning exchange, blending expert perspectives
with rich peer-to-peer learning. Together, we’ll explore how workplaces can remain inclusive, responsive, and healthy for everyone, at every age and stage.
