Leslie Twilley is the Chief Research Officer at Signal49 Research. In this role, she oversees research quality across Signal49’s knowledge areas and works with fellow Executive Team members to define and advance the organization’s research agenda. Leslie is an accomplished strategic leader with extensive experience in leveraging research for impactful decision-making.
Prior to joining Signal49 Research, Leslie spent five years with the Government of Alberta. She served as Director of Research at Alberta Education, where she developed and implemented the Ministry’s research agenda. She also held the role of Executive Director at Alberta Indigenous Relations, overseeing strategic engagement, policy innovation, and knowledge management. Earlier in her career, Leslie held positions in both the private and non-profit sectors.
