Helping everyone belong: How mentorship makes a difference

We surveyed 1,000 people who identified as having a disability. We also spoke with 30 mentors and mentees to learn about their experiences.

How can mentorship help people with disabilities succeed in the workplace? What are the most helpful things a mentor can do? And how can employers make their workplaces more inclusive?
