When we use the talents and passions of people who live with disabilities, our work communities can become stronger. In this research, we look at how mentorship helps adults with disabilities succeed in the workplace.
We surveyed 1,000 people who identified as having a disability. We also spoke with 30 mentors and mentees to learn about their experiences.
