- Outsized supply hikes dominated March resale news. Listings rose year-on-year in 25 of 28 markets—and by 10 per cent or more in 20 of those markets.
- Sales also continued strong. Volumes exceeded February’s level in 25 markets, and beat the year-earlier pace in all 28.
- Hefty price increases continue. Year-over-year price growth was at least 10 per cent in 16 of 28 markets. Balanced conditions in 25 markets should trim such advances.
