- There have been significant improvements in short-term expectations for the housing market since last month.
- Based on the latest month of data, an additional 10 CMAs now have positive expectations for their housing markets in the short term.
- These 10 are Halifax, Montréal, Sherbrooke, Oshawa, St. Catharines, Kitchener–Waterloo, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, and Abbotsford.
- Sudbury’s short-term expectations went from positive to negative this month—the only CMA for which short-term expectations worsened.
