Cristian Rodriguez is Wajax’ VP of EHS & Sustainability and an officer of the corporation, Cristian reports to the CEO of Wajax and is accountable to the Board of Directors. Cristian leads a team of 22 professionals and is responsible for the company’s Environment, Health and Safety, and Sustainability strategies.  During his time with Wajax, Cristian has been integral in the development and establishment of key EHS and Sustainability initiatives dramatically reduced workplace injuries, transforming Wajax into a company with industry leading safety performance. In 2019 Wajax was awarded the CMHA Award for advancing workplace mental health and received Awards of Excellence for Healthy Workplace and Mental Health at Work from Excellence Canada in 2022.
