Lauren Harris is a Managing Director at Northleaf Capital Partners, an independent global private markets investment firm with more than US$19 billion in capital commitments raised. Lauren is involved in all aspects of the investor relations, business development and communications activities for Northleaf’s Canada-focused private equity and venture capital investment program. In addition, Lauren plays a leadership role in the development and promotion of Northleaf’s diversity and inclusion activities.

Prior to joining Northleaf’s predecessor, TD Capital, in 2008, Lauren was a Vice President with TD Capital Mezzanine Partners working both on the investor relations and the direct investment side of the business. Lauren received an H.B.A (Business) with distinction from Ivey Business School, Western University.
