Manjeet Dhiman is SVP, Services & Strategic Initiatives at ACCES Employment. With over 25 years of experience in the non-profit, charitable sector, Manjeet is a key contributor to ACCES Employment’s growth and to the development of employment and training services for jobseekers from diverse backgrounds, including immigrants, marginalized youth, women, and other client groups facing barriers to labour market integration. In her role, Manjeet provides leadership in the areas of collaborative service delivery, program development and community engagement. Manjeet also leads ACCES Employment’s EDI (Equity Diversity and Inclusion) Council, which is a key mechanism for planning and operationalizing the organization’s goals and commitments relating to EDI.
Manjeet is a current board member and former President of the Board of Directors of OCASI (Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants). She is Co-chair of the National Settlement and Integration Council, which is a national body that convenes government and non-government stakeholders to facilitate information exchange and dialogue about policy and program delivery trends and issues. Manjeet has an MBA Degree in Community Economic Development, from Cape Breton University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and a post-graduate certificate in Non-Profit Management through Schulich School of Business.
