Amber Hayes brings more than 30 years of experience in digital transformation, technology development, and innovation, including work with global organizations. She holds an MBA with a focus on digital transformation, specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies.
Throughout her career, Amber has combined strategic leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset. She successfully launched a software company, coached startup founders, and contributed to the development of business incubators, helping organizations and entrepreneurs navigate growth, innovation, and technological change. Outside of her professional work, Amber enjoys hiking, running, kayaking, and skiing throughout British Columbia’s Okanagan region.
