Anam Rizvi is a Senior Economist with extensive experience in applied economic analysis, project management, and policy consulting. At Signal49 Research, she specializes in advanced data-driven research, labour market analysis and index development, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights. She leads macroeconomic forecasting, stress testing, and qualitative research, while delivering customized analysis for both public and private sector clients. Her portfolio includes recent projects for the City of Toronto’s Economic Development Unit, Destination Canada, the Alberta Ministry of Jobs, Economy, Trade, and Immigration, and the Business Development Bank of Canada.
Prior to joining Signal49, Anam worked as an independent consultant supporting global initiatives, including the Moldova Skills Data Capacity Building Project and multiple World Bank Group evaluations.
