About

Dr. Anne-Lore Fraikin joined Signal49 Research in December 2023 and currently leads a team of economists and data scientists in delivering complex economic research projects. Her work focuses on employment forecasting models at granular occupational, sectoral, and regional levels, productivity and skills gap analysis, and the development of the OpportuNext platform. She brings expertise in quantitative methods, microsimulation, and econometric modeling, and is skilled in managing interdisciplinary teams and producing high-quality, actionable insights for public and private sector clients.

Prior to joining Signal49, Anne-Lore worked as Research Lead at the Labour Market Information Council, where she headed a team of economists and data specialists, and as a Research Consultant for the World Bank’s Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice, contributing to reports on labour market dynamics in Mongolia and Armenia. She also held roles as a Data and Financial Risk Analyst at Bpost Bank and Total Europe and as a researcher at United Nations University MERIT and the University of Liège.
