Dr. Farzaneh Davarzani is a Senior Economist at Signal49 Research, where she leads data-driven research and economic analysis for a variety of public and private sector clients. Her work focuses on transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support evidence-based policy and decision-making.
Farzaneh has over eight years of experience in applied economics, with a specialization in macroeconomic modelling, econometrics, and policy evaluation. Prior to joining Signal49, she worked extensively in international trade and macroeconomic research, leveraging data from the OECD, World Bank, and IMF to analyze global economic trends. Farzaneh also brings two years of experience in public health finance, where she worked with national health expenditure data to assess and inform healthcare policy across Canada. Farzaneh’s research has contributed to numerous policy reports and strategic initiatives in both the economic and public health sectors.
