About
Liana Giacoboni is a researcher with a background in developmental psychology and education, with experience spanning child development, mental health, and educational psychology. A recent graduate of the Master of Education in Developmental Psychology and Education program at the University of Toronto – OISE, she has contributed to research initiatives at the University of Toronto and The Hospital for Sick Children.
Her work includes systematic reviews on mathematics anxiety and autism, health economic evaluations, and research supporting transitions from neonatal intensive care units (NICU) to home environments. In addition to her research experience, she has held roles as an Intake Coordinator and Youth Care Specialist, demonstrating strong organizational and client-facing skills. Liana’s academic and professional experience is complemented by technical expertise in data analysis and research tools, including SPSS, SQL, Power BI, REDCap, and Covidence. She has also contributed to behavioural support and community-based programmes through research, professional, and volunteer roles.
