About

Liz Marcil is Associate Director of Human Capital at Signal49 Research. She leads the organization’s human resources research portfolio, delivering practical, evidence-based insights that help Canadian HR leaders address challenges in talent management, organizational culture, and workplace well-being. She also oversees several executive councils, including the Council of Labour Relations Executives and the Corporate Ethics Management Council. 

Before joining Signal49 Research, Liz spent nearly a decade helping Canadian organizations advance employee engagement, organizational culture, and workforce planning. Her experience spans the retail, mining, and agriculture sectors. She has held consulting and corporate roles, advising on people and culture, operations, and strategy: experience that shapes her practical, research-based approach to HR leadership.
