About
Llewellen joined Signal49 Research in 2025 as a Business Development Specialist, where she supports the growth of the organization’s economic research portfolio. Her work spans the full business development lifecycle, from early-stage prospecting through to project initiation, including pipeline management, proposal development, RFP evaluation, and CRM tracking. She plays a key role in strengthening business development processes, standardizing content, and ensuring alignment between client needs and high-impact research delivery.
Prior to joining Signal49 Research, Llewellen held roles in financial and operations management, complemented by extensive experience in economic research and consulting. As a consultant, she supported multilateral organizations including the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), providing technical assistance, data analysis, and policy insights. In earlier roles, she managed multi-million-dollar grant programmes, built strategic partnerships across stakeholder groups, and led forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring activities. Her experience also includes working in national statistics, social security, entrepreneurship, and higher education in The Bahamas.
