About
Reetika leads the Innovation & Technology research team in exploring advanced topics, producing impactful insights, and organizing activities for knowledge dissemination. She has extensive experience in conducting techno-economic and social impact assessments of projects and programs focusing on innovation and digital economic growth.
Before joining Signal49 Research, Reetika spent 5+ years as an economic consultant. In this role, she worked on economic research and advisory projects across Canada, the U.S., South Africa, the Middle East, and the Caribbean, delivering insights for clients such as the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, ICT service providers and regulators and regional development agencies. Prior to consulting, Reetika was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Delhi, India. She taught theoretical and quantitative courses on research methods, development and environmental economics. During this time, Reetika conducted research on economic valuation of environmental resources and intersectionality of gender. As a visiting scholar at Wageningen University in the Netherlands, she also worked with international teams on planning sustainability projects in India and Ethiopia.
