About
Ryan Sikiric is a Research Associate with Signal49 Research’s Education & Skills team, where he supports applied research on labour markets, workforce development, skills trends, and evolving learning ecosystems. His work includes conducting literature reviews and environmental scans, as well as performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform research reports and presentations that support evidence-based decision-making.
Prior to joining Signal49 Research, Ryan worked as an Information Analyst with Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), where he contributed to labour market reporting, analytical dashboards, demographic analysis, and geographic information systems (GIS) mapping. He has also contributed to occupational and sectoral research and authored work examining socioeconomic outcomes in Canada. His technical expertise includes Python, R, SQL, SAS, Stata, Power BI, and data visualization tools, supporting his strong capabilities in applied economic analysis.
