About
Sarah Wappel is a Senior Economist in Economic Research for Signal49 Research. In this role, she conducts and produces custom economic research for a wide array of private and public organizations.
Prior to Signal49 Research, Sarah worked as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Innovative Data in Economics Research at the University of British Columbia. She contributed to multiple research projects on the empirical analysis of historical and recent trends in industrial policy as well as how governments shape economic activity.
