Business Investment—Growth in investment spending on information technology equipment and software will decelerate but stay healthy over the forecast. This is important given that this type of investment is a key driver for the industry.
Prices—Prices have recovered from last year’s decline and are expected to experience healthy growth over the forecast period thanks to the industry’s ability to compete on service.
Labour Markets—Although industry wage appreciation has been muted, this is not expected to continue. Tight labour markets, particularly for IT workers, are expected to translate into rising labour costs.
