The Learning Performance Index (LPI) is a robust organizational assessment framework designed to provide organizations with the ability to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement to workplace learning environments. It will help guide organizations in their learning strategies by giving them the means to make more informed decisions, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and assist in prioritizing learning and development needs by focusing attention and resources where they are needed most.
