With over two decades of consulting experience, she is recognized for her ability to translate complex measurement data into strategic guidance for leadership teams and facilitating meaningful dialogue that drives action.

Prior to joining Signal49 Research, Alana was a Principal Consultant with Mercer’s North American Employee Research team. Her academic background spans history, human resources, education, and social science, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach to organizational development.
