Bambi Tinuoye is a health systems specialist and researcher with several years of experience advancing public health and health systems strengthening across Africa and North America. Her work spans programme implementation, performance management, research, and analytics, with a focus on improving health outcomes and system efficiency. Prior to joining Signal49 Research, Bambi worked as a researcher at Western University, where her work focused on health equity and knowledge translation.

Bambi has experience leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams in the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programmes and policies that transform healthcare in diverse settings. Her expertise includes mixed methods research, evidence synthesis, knowledge mobilization, and project management.
