Brendan Hayes is the Associate Director of Research Partnerships at Signal49 Research, where he leads strategic engagement and partnership development across the organization’s Custom Economic Research, Sustainability, and Health Research portfolios. Since joining Signal49 in 2019, he has played a key role in building partnerships with industry, government, and community stakeholders to advance evidence-based research that informs decision-making and public policy.
With more than a decade of experience spanning applied research, telecommunications, technology, and recruitment, Brendan specializes in business development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. He works closely with researchers, policymakers, funders, and organizational leaders to secure research funding, develop strategic partnerships, and translate research findings into practical solutions that support innovation and deliver meaningful impact. Drawing on experience across multiple sectors, Brendan is committed to fostering collaborative relationships that strengthen research capacity and help organizations address complex social, economic, and policy challenges.
