Brianne Myddelton is Associate Director of Human Resources at Signal49 Research. She partners with senior leaders to advance strategic HR initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, and develop people solutions that support the organization’s goals.
Before joining Signal49 Research, Brianne built more than 15 years of progressive HR experience across IT professional services, software development, and logistics. She has led initiatives in talent management, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for high-growth and established organizations. Throughout her career, Brianne has helped build HR functions from the ground up and introduced programs that strengthen culture and engagement.
