Dr. Jane Hutchison is a Senior Manager leading research on education, lifelong learning, and inclusive pathways to employment. She oversees projects from design through delivery, shaping research strategy and guiding teams to produce rigorous, actionable outputs that support decision-making across government, industry, and the education sector. Prior to joining Signal49 Research, Dr. Hutchison was a graduate student researcher and teaching fellow at Georgetown University, where she focused on translating research on how children learn into accessible, policy-relevant insights for teaching and learning.
With interdisciplinary training in psychology and public policy, Dr. Hutchison brings a systems-level perspective that connects education, skills acquisition, and workforce development.
