About

Dr. Leah Ringwald brings over 20 years of combined experience in research, with expertise spanning human behavior, leadership collaboration, and workplace mental health. Leah began academic training with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, driven by an interest in understanding the human side of work. Leah went on to complete both a Master’s and Ph.D., focusing research on Human Resources with a particular emphasis on leadership collaboration and mental health.

Through professional connections, Leah joined Gap Sante Research Lab to concentrate on applied research. At Gap Sante Research, Leah built strong experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, supporting clients in equity, inclusion, and workplace wellness initiatives. Leah later moved to Goss Gilroy Inc., progressing from Consultant to a management role, where Leah led a team of 12 and contributed to business development activities. Leah subsequently joined Shopify to deepen expertise in employee experience research. At Shopify, Leah and team were responsible for conducting research across the full employee lifecycle, helping inform organizational strategy and workplace practices.
