About
Liz Marcil is the Associate Director of Human Capital at Signal49 Research. In this role, she leads the organization’s HR research portfolio, delivering practical, evidence-based insights to help Canadian HR leaders address evolving challenges in talent management, organizational culture, and workplace wellbeing. She also overlooks several of the Board’s executive councils, including the Council of Human Resources Executives and the Corporate Ethics Management Council.
Past Work Experience
Prior to joining Signal49 Research, Liz spent nearly a decade helping Canadian organizations advance employee engagement, organizational culture, and workforce planning. Her experience spans hospitality, mining, and agriculture sectors. She has held both consulting and corporate roles, advising on matters related to people and culture as well as operations and strategy—experience that continues to shape her practical, research-based approach to HR leadership.
