She has held senior positions in consulting firms, leading teams on research projects and advising executive leadership for a diverse range of clients, including national and international ICT regulators, multilateral development banks such as the World Bank and IDB, regional development agencies, and innovation organizations. Reetika also served as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Delhi, specializing in environmental economics research and policy advisory. During her tenure, she was awarded academic fellowships twice by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs for planning and analyzing food security projects alongside experts from various disciplines and countries.
