Richard Forbes is a Principal Economist at Signal49 Research. Since joining the organization in 2016, he has developed extensive expertise across the company’s suite of forecasting products. He currently leads Signal49’s Metropolitan Outlook and specializes in government and fiscal forecasting.
Over the course of his career, Richard has held progressively senior roles within economic forecasting, contributing to national, provincial, and metropolitan economic analysis. His work focuses on delivering data-driven insights to support policy development and strategic decision-making.
