Canada’s existing home sales rose 0.5 per cent in June following a 5.5 per cent May increase and a 0.9 per cent advance in April. Rising Ontario volumes fuelled June’s increase, offsetting declines in five other provinces led by Quebec. Still, transactions remain modest by past standards.
