Most organizations have a risk management group that facilitates ERM, and over half have a chief risk officer or senior risk executive.
The report details the three stages of ERM: strategy development, strategy implementation and maintenance. It provides key benchmarking information on how organizations are developing their ERM approach and successfully integrating ERM while using the principles of risk management.
