Confidence continued to surge in Signal49 Research’s latest survey of business leaders. Since falling to historic lows in 2020, business confidence has kept rising, and has now reached its highest level since 2010. Our survey results indicate that businesses believe the pandemic will soon be a thing of the past, and that firms are ready to ramp up their capital expenditures in the near term.
