The Index of Consumer Confidence declined marginally for the second consecutive month in November, falling 0.8 points to 80.3 (2002 = 100). Sentiment was increasingly negative on questions pertaining to current circumstances. However, Canadians were also more confident that the economy is turning around and that better times are likely going forward.
