$305.00

The Index of Consumer Confidence decreased for a second consecutive month in November, this time by 1.8 points to 87.1 (2002 = 100). This latest slide was primarily a result of a modest drop in positive responses to the financial situation questions and to the question of whether now is a good time to make a major purchase.
