- The majority of CMAs have negative long-term expectations.
- The CMAs with the biggest year-over-year declines in housing starts in March were Windsor, Saskatoon, Regina, Greater Sudbury, and Moncton.
- St. John’s had the biggest year-over-year increase in housing starts last month.
